Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence , engage with our audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and US/Canadian customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
2. Manage social media accounts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn , Twitter ) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
3. Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for optimization.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align content with broader campaigns.
5. Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications , or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role.
3. Excellent communication , writing, and content creation skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

1. Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer marketing.
2. Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
3. Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
