Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Interface directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
- Maintain clear and effective communication within the team and with clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development.
- At least 1 year of experience in a team lead role.
- Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Must have experience in Flutter or React Native for mobile application development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in client‑facing roles.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
