Responsibilities:

  • Communicating daily with the management team, planning work schedules and checking client requirements.
  • Dealing with customer complaints, comments, and enquiries.
  • Ensuring all events run smoothly.
  • Managing budgets and financial plans.
  • Handling or resolving problems of students and discussing these with their parents.
  • Managing current admission policy of the center.
  • Taking responsibility for the recruitment, training, organisation, and monitoring of staff.
  • Achieving profit targets.
  • Taking responsibility for the sales and marketing of the conference centre, including pricing, promotions, image/brand, and profile.
  • Leading by example in maintaining service standards of the institute.
  • Researching markets to identify new business.
  • Purchasing equipment necessary for the education centre to operate.
  • Day-to-day troubleshooting and addressing problems as they arise.

Job Specification

Preferred degree in Computer Science, Marketing or similar focus.
Friendly, energetic, and welcoming nature.
Working knowledge of current education trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate and contribute as an integral part of a small team.
At least MBA with experience to run a Computer Professional Institute independently.
Day-to-day control function of Career Counselor, SRO, and Marketing.
