Job Description: Product Manager (Up to 8 Years Experience)
Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager with up to 8 years of experience to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution. The role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate customer needs into impactful product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Requirement Gathering : Collect, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality product features.
Performance Monitoring : Track product performance metrics, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Market Research : Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions.
Execution Oversight : Oversee product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with roadmap.
Stakeholder Communication : Present product updates, progress, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Skills
Product Lifecycle Knowledge : Strong understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle management.
Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments to manage product delivery.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
Stakeholder Management : Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate product performance and market trends.
Technical Collaboration : Familiarity with engineering and design processes to bridge business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital product development in SaaS, e-commerce, or enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles to guide design decisions.
Familiarity with data-driven decision-making using analytics tools.
Exposure to roadmap planning tools (Jira, Aha!, Trello).
Track record of successful product launches and measurable business impact.
