Airbus A320 First Officer — Non‐Type Rated (Training Provided)

What you will do

• Conduct safe and efficient A320 family operations in accordance with SOPs, company manuals, and regulatory requirements.
• Apply policies, procedures, and manuals as per approved standards and regulations.
• Perform reliably in a changing environment with heavy workload schedules and ad‑hoc scenarios.
• Remain composed, self‑confident, and focused; handle abnormal and emergency situations efficiently.
• Support safety, security, quality, and audit activities that affect Flight Operations; assist with delegated roles as required by airline and civil aviation authority standards.
• Analyse operational data, identify irregularities, and recommend safe, cost‑oriented solutions.
• Employ technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to advance company objectives and deliver against business strategy and KPIs.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across all phases of flight.

What you bring

• Acceptable industry knowledge of aircraft systems and operating procedures.
• Exposure to QA/Safety/Security/Audit procedures and practices related to Flight Operations.
• Capability to handle delegated security or safety roles in line with airline and CAA standards.
• Proven problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with a cost‑conscious mindset.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and a results‑driven approach.

Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1500 hours
• Type rating: Not required (Training Provided)
• Preferred time: A320 experience is preferred
• License required: Frozen ATPL, IR, ME
• Accepted licenses: ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP level: 4
