- Respond to customer inquiries through online channels and guide prospects toward suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, availability, delivery information, and purchase procedures accurately.
- Follow up with leads, handle objections professionally, and convert qualified prospects into orders.
- Update and monitor Shopify product listings, pricing, inventory information, and order details.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve order, payment, delivery, and customer-service issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve storefront presentation and the overall online buying journey.
