Job Summary:

Future Group is currently seeking a Remote Full-Time Call Operator to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in our interpreter dispatch process by receiving incoming client calls and efficiently routing them to the appropriate language interpreter. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
  

• Identify the requested language and connect the caller with the most suitable available interpreter.
  

• Coordinate with the interpreter team to ensure rapid response and minimal wait times.
  

• Log and track call activity accurately in the system.
  

• Report any issues or escalations to the supervisor or relevant department.
  

• Maintain clear and respectful communication with all stakeholders.
  

• Uphold the confidentiality and integrity of all communications handled.
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in call handling, customer service, or dispatching is preferred.
  

• Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional language knowledge is a plus).
  

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
  

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  

• Available to work full-time (including weekends if required).
