Source Code Academia is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Research Specialists who can support content, courses, lectures, scripts, and media projects through authentic, well-structured, and meaningful research.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct research for Sahil Adeem’s lectures, podcasts, YouTube videos, reels, documentaries, and educational content .

Collect and organize references related to Qur’an, Seerah, Islamic worldview, education, parenting, youth development, leadership, politics, history, science, psychology, and social issues .

Support script writers by providing accurate facts, strong arguments, references, examples, statistics, and topic breakdowns .

Analyze long lectures, sessions, books, articles, and transcripts to extract key points, themes, arguments, and content angles .

Prepare research documents for Source Code Academia courses , including Islamic Foundation, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Teen Mentorship, Arabic, IPS, Physics, Mathematics, IMS, and Neurone.

Verify information before it is used in scripts, posts, videos, carousels, or course content.

Create structured research notes with headings, summaries, references, and actionable insights for the media and content teams.

Research trending topics and current issues relevant to the Muslim world, education system, youth, parenting, and intellectual development.

Ensure all research is aligned with Islamic values, Qur’anic principles, and Source Code Academia’s mission .

Requirements

Strong research and analytical skills.

Good understanding of Islamic worldview, Qur’anic thinking, Muslim identity, education, social reform, and current affairs .

Ability to read, understand, and summarize long-form content such as lectures, books, articles, and transcripts.

Strong command of Urdu and English .

Ability to organize complex information into simple, clear, and usable research documents.

Basic understanding of Sahil Adeem’s content style, intellectual direction, and audience.

Good fact‑checking ability and attention to detail.

Ability to work with script writers, content creators, designers, and video teams.

Must be able to meet deadlines and handle multiple research topics at the same time.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Qur’an, Seerah, Islamic history, philosophy, psychology, education, political science, and modern social issues .

Experience in academic research, content research, media research, or educational content development.

Ability to provide references from authentic books, lectures, articles, and credible sources.

Understanding of social media content needs, including YouTube videos, reels, shorts, carousels, and course promotions .

Interest in building meaningful educational content for the Muslim Ummah globally.
