Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Reporting to: Khurram Khan – Sr Manager Treasury

Key Deliverables

• Bank Book Updates – Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly bank books in line with bank statements, ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Payment Posting – Post all payments in NetSuite with proper documentation and attachments, maintaining compliance with audit and finance controls.
• Settlement Preparation – Accurately process employee settlements and ensure timely vendor payments, including tax calculations and disbursements.
• Reimbursements & Payroll Support – Prepare and process reimbursements (e.g., travel expenses) weekly and assist with payroll and cheque disbursements.
• CMS Payment Coordination – Prepare all types of payments in CMS, coordinating with signatories and authorizers to ensure smooth and timely approvals.
• Bank Reconciliations – Prepare and perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations by reviewing bank statements, matching transactions, investigating unreconciled items, and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.

Qualifications

Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of prior treasury or accounting experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (membership or affiliation with ACCA/ICAEW/ICAP is a plus).

Skills

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to draft clear, concise, and professional emails for internal and external communication
• Behavioral Traits: Collaborative, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Prior accounting or treasury experience in a similar setting
• Experience with data uploading
