Social Media Manager

ICT Distribution is a leading technology distributor serving South Asia and Southeast Asia, specializing in enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, software, and digital transformation solutions. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence and drive engagement across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.

Plan, manage, and maintain content calendars for all social media platforms.

Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).

Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.

Monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance.

Analyze social media insights and optimize campaigns based on data.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality visual and written content.

Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.

Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.

Support product launches, marketing campaigns, corporate events, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

– years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.

Strong understanding of B B marketing and the technology industry.

Experience managing business social media accounts with proven results.

Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management tools.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design tools is an advantage.
