• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , with a preference for specialization in Human Resource Management.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of practical experience is required, specifically in compensation and benefits administration or broader core HR operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, alongside hands-on experience with ERP/HRIS systems .
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of payroll processes , employee benefits structures, and comprehensive HR documentation practices.
• The ability to exhibit meticulous attention to detail, maintain strict confidentiality, and possess excellent communication skills are paramount for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits) will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities crucial to the HR department's functioning. These include processing and issuing various official documents such as experience letters, warning letters, and salary slips. You will be responsible for managing final settlements for resigning employees, ensuring all disbursements are timely and accurate. A key duty involves verifying and processing medical reimbursements in strict adherence to company policy. The role also requires reviewing and approving overtime requests for both contractual and permanent staff, as well as maintaining accurate employee compensation records and coordinating effectively with the payroll department. Furthermore, you will serve as a primary contact for handling employee queries related to benefits, compensation, and other HR-related letters, and provide essential support for audits, compliance checks, and data accuracy within our HR systems, including ERP/Oracle.
