Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HR or BBA

YOUR TASKS:

  1. Making sure recruitment requirements are met on time
  2. Experience with recruiting in a high volume and dynamic environment
  3. Experience in recruiting for different departments and fields
  4. Planning, organizing and conducting trainings with all departments
  5. Preparing attendance/KPI’s and support in payroll
  6. Administering/Monitoring leaves and attendance records and all connected follow up actions
  7. Preparation of HR documentation and any other responsibility that may be assigned to you depending on the exigencies of service
  8. Preparing employee contracts, termination letters, experience letters
  9. Organizing and planning office events
  10. Maintaining relationships with educational institutes to ensure a steady hiring of candidates
  11. Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
  12. Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained

Salary Package:

• 25,000- 35,000 PKR depending upon experience

Timings: 10 AM to 07 PM (Sat & Sun off)

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  2. Strong English writing skills
  3. Excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills
  4. Knowledge about different job portals
  5. Comfortable with traveling for some outdoor work
  6. Willingness to learn and attitude to work hard
