HR Executive

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in HR or BBA
YOUR TASKS:
- Making sure recruitment requirements are met on time
- Experience with recruiting in a high volume and dynamic environment
- Experience in recruiting for different departments and fields
- Planning, organizing and conducting trainings with all departments
- Preparing attendance/KPI’s and support in payroll
- Administering/Monitoring leaves and attendance records and all connected follow up actions
- Preparation of HR documentation and any other responsibility that may be assigned to you depending on the exigencies of service
- Preparing employee contracts, termination letters, experience letters
- Organizing and planning office events
- Maintaining relationships with educational institutes to ensure a steady hiring of candidates
- Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews
- Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
Salary Package:
• 25,000- 35,000 PKR depending upon experience
Timings: 10 AM to 07 PM (Sat & Sun off)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong English writing skills
- Excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills
- Knowledge about different job portals
- Comfortable with traveling for some outdoor work
