Role
We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented AVP – People & Culture / Head of Workforce Transformation to lead the transformation of our workforce and people strategy as the organization evolves into an AI-first, AI-native technology services company.
This is beyond a traditional HR leadership role. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to executive and delivery leadership, ensuring the organization’s workforce evolves in capability, mindset, structure, productivity, and performance to remain competitive in an AI-driven services market.
The role will focus on workforce transformation, capability building, talent quality, performance accountability, workforce optimization, organizational effectiveness, and building a high-ownership culture.

Key Responsibilities
Workforce Transformation & Change

• Define and execute the future workforce strategy aligned with the AI-native business model.
• Identify changing roles, skills, capability gaps, and workforce requirements.
• Lead organizational change and drive adoption of new ways of working.

Capability & Talent

• Lead large-scale upskilling, reskilling, and development of AI-ready capabilities.
• Increase talent density and ensure the organization has the right skills for future business needs.
• Drive strategic hiring, redeployment, succession, and talent upgrade initiatives.

Performance & Culture

• Build a high-performance, high-ownership culture with clear expectations and accountability.
• Strengthen performance management and align measures with business impact and productivity.
• Enable leaders to address performance and talent issues proactively and consistently.

Organizational Effectiveness

• Partner with leadership on organization design, workforce optimization, and leadership effectiveness.
• Ensure people structures and capabilities remain aligned with business and delivery requirements.
• Make data-driven and, when necessary, difficult talent decisions.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Build an environment that reinforces ownership, innovation, continuous learning, and accountability.
• Strengthen communication and employee feedback during periods of significant transformation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HR / People & Culture experience, including senior leadership experience.
• Proven experience transforming and scaling technology or professional services organizations.
• Strong expertise in organizational design, talent management, leadership development, and performance management.
• Experience operating in multi-location or global delivery environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to delivery, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable people systems without unnecessary complexity.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven workforce transformation and emerging skills.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and strong leadership presence.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and continuously evolving environment.
