Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records (personal, educational, attendance, leaves data etc.) according to the company policies and legal requirements
- Assist in creating effective employee on-boarding and orientation plans
- Be actively involved in initial screening of candidates, schedule interviews in coordination with the managers
- Assist the line manager in organizing event and activities for the employees
- Assist in performance management processes
- Provide assistance in collecting data, conduct market survey to help develop market competitive compensation plans
- Assist in developing and updated HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with the line managers to timely update Job Descriptions
- Responsible for all the processing and documentation of employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Assist the line manager in reward, recognition and employee retention programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and management.
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to employment and labor.
- Experience with HRIS and HR databases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
