The opportunity

As a Nearshore Administrative Assistant (AA) , you will support engagement teams across EY by providing administrative, financial, and operational support for client engagements. Working closely with Partners, Managers, and internal support teams, you will help maintain engagement systems, support billing and compliance activities, coordinate client administration processes, and contribute to the efficient delivery of services.

Your key responsibilities

• Maintain and update client, engagement, and resourcing databases and reporting tools.
• Support engagement teams with engagement letters, Statements of Work (SoW), reporting, and day-to-day coordination activities.
• Assist with quality and risk management processes, including client acceptance, compliance documentation, and archiving requirements.
• Manage billing administration, invoice processing, client portal uploads, purchase order follow-up, and fee tracking.
• Act as a key contact for client administrative requests, including vendor registration, bank confirmations, and statements of account.
• Collaborate with engagement teams, finance, and other support functions to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support as required.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, project coordination, or professional services support role.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Experience in a professional services environment.
• Exposure to billing, invoicing, engagement management, or financial administration processes.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or workflow management systems.
