Full Stack AI Developer

Fast Track Innovations is expanding its technology team in Karachi, Pakistan , and we are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack AI Developer to join our growing organization. This role is ideal for a passionate developer who can build intelligent, scalable, and efficient AI-powered applications while working across both front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- AI Application Development: Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered features and intelligent systems into web applications and enterprise platforms.
- Full Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks, ensuring high performance and reliability. Implement and integrate machine learning models, APIs, and AI services into existing and new software solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering team to design scalable system architectures for AI-driven applications. Work with structured and unstructured datasets to support model training, data pipelines, and AI workflows.
- Testing & Optimization: Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and system security through best development practices. Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into AI-powered software solutions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in full stack development with exposure to AI or machine learning projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue); proficiency in backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar frameworks); experience working with AI/ML libraries and APIs (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, etc.); knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API development; familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines.
