We are now seeking a Content Lead to own and drive our content function end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: setting the vision for AdalFi’s content, while also rolling up your sleeves to write, ship, and optimize it.

Role Overview

The Content Lead will define AdalFi’s content strategy, build the content engine, and ensure we have the right materials to win with customers, partners, and the broader market. You will be responsible for both senior-level leadership —shaping narratives, setting standards, and guiding partners—and hands-on execution —writing, editing, and distributing high-quality content across platforms.

This is a high-impact role that touches sales, marketing, product, and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

● Content Strategy & Planning

○ Define and own AdalFi’s content roadmap across sales, marketing, and thought leadership.

○ Continuously identify content gaps and propose new initiatives based on market feedback, competitor activity, and business priorities.

○ Translate complex fintech and credit-scoring concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives.

● Sales Enablement Collateral

○ Create and maintain high-impact sales and marketing materials (1-pagers, product overviews, case studies, decks).

○ Redesign and adapt existing content into formats that directly support sales and business development teams.

● Content Creation & Distribution

○ Write and publish high-quality long-form and short-form content for multiple channels (LinkedIn, website, blog, email, etc.).

○ Own content distribution across platforms, ensuring maximum visibility, reach, and engagement.

○ Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all touchpoints.

● Technical & Product Documentation

○ Develop clear, structured technical documentation for internal and external audiences.

○ Partner with product and engineering teams to explain features, workflows, and integrations in a user-friendly way.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration

○ Work closely with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align content with go-to-market priorities.

○ Equip internal teams with tailored content that strengthens client and partner conversations.

● Performance Tracking & Optimization

○ Measure and analyze the performance of content across channels, continuously improving based on data and feedback.

○ Maintain a structured, accessible repository of all collateral and documentation.

● Partner Management

○ Act as the primary bridge between AdalFi and external content partners/agencies.

○ Manage priorities, provide feedback, and ensure external deliverables align with AdalFi’s goals and standards.

Requirements

● 2+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or communications, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology.

● Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, persuasive narratives.

● Proven experience creating both sales enablement collateral and thought leadership content.

● Hands-on execution ability with strong attention to detail and design sensibility.

● Experience managing external content partners or agencies.

● Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.

● Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize content performance.

Nice to Have

● Background in financial services, credit, or lending.

● Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Figma, or Amplitude.

● Experience building content operations in a high-growth startup environment.

● Ability to create basic visual collateral (e.g., presentations, infographics) alongside written content.
