Project Location(s): Lahore & Karachi, Pakistan
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and review structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications for oil & gas facilities.
- Perform structural analysis using industry-standard software (e.g., STAAD Pro, SAP2000, ETABS).
- Design steel structures, pipe racks, equipment foundations, and supporting structures.
- Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (AISC, API, ACI, BS/Eurocodes).
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including civil, mechanical, piping, and electrical engineers.
- Review vendor drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical support during construction, fabrication, and site execution phases.
- Participate in design reviews, model reviews, and HAZID/HAZOP workshops where required.
- Ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables within project schedules.

Qualifications
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in structural design within the oil & gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
- Proficiency in structural engineering software tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good understanding of oil & gas facility layouts and construction practices.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong communication and technical reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in FEED and Detailed Engineering projects.
- Exposure to Middle East oil & gas projects is an advantage.
- Experience in EPC or consultancy environment preferred.
