Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and review of departmental and university‑wide budgets.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Process provident fund permanent withdrawals and employee loan cases.
• Process advance salary payments as per approved policies.
• Process visiting faculty payments.
• Prepare monthly payments and oversee all matters related to EOBI and Social Security.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, budgeting, or general accounting.
• Experience working with ERP systems, payroll software, and financial reporting tools will be an added advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Sound understanding of payroll administration, budgeting, and accounts payable processes.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial controls, and reconciliation procedures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
