Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in the real estate industry. (Affiliate Channels, Direct Selling & Tele sales )
- Any Experienced Candidate from Lahore to Islamabad – Local Candidates will be preferred.

Job Description:
- Meeting clients and prospects interested in properties to offer them Canal City offered deals.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property in Canal City.
- To locate potential business deals by contacting potential customers, discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Contacting potential clients via PR or phone to establish PR and set up meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new sales initiatives.
- coordinating the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received via concerned departments.
- facilitate arrangements to give buyers the view of a property before concluding a sales deal.
- Building healthy relationships with affiliates.
- Negotiating property prices with buyers where needed.
- strong following up with clients for deals & sales maturity.
- To manage and maintain their monthly sales target.
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations.
- Conduct surveys to identify the price of competing properties in nearby areas.
