The successful candidate assumes a critical role in advancing Islamic scholarship through teaching, supervising students' research endeavors, and contributing original research publications. Responsibilities extend to active participation in curricular development, academic policy formulation, and collaborative quality assurance processes. Additional duties include supporting student growth through academic mentoring and contributing to various departmental and university initiatives focused on enhancing institutional excellence. Responsibilities

- Deliver effective and engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures and seminars in Islamic Studies.
- Supervise theses, dissertations, and academic projects for research students in Islamic Theology, Quranic Studies, Hadith Sciences, and Fiqh Analysis.
- Conduct original, high-quality research contributing to the development of Islamic scholarship and publish findings in HEC-recognized journals.
- Participate actively in curriculum development, academic planning, and the design of innovative teaching methodologies within the department.
- Engage in continuous quality assurance activities to uphold and enhance academic standards in Islamic Studies programs.
- Contribute to departmental administration, university committees, and professional bodies to support academic and institutional goals.
- Support student development through academic mentoring and guidance to foster their intellectual growth and success.
- Collaborate with colleagues in interdisciplinary initiatives and institutional development projects to enhance university reputation and effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of advancements in Islamic studies and related fields to ensure contemporary and relevant teaching and research practices.
- Demonstrate leadership in academic activities despite not managing a formal team, by fostering cooperative academic relationships and contributing to a scholarly environment.
