Your Role:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager – E-commerce to lead large-scale, cross‑functional initiatives across our digital commerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing complex e‑commerce programs, including catalogs with 500,000+ SKUs, and demonstrates exceptional communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of e‑commerce programs, from planning to execution and post‑launch optimization
• Manage large-scale product catalogs (500K+ SKUs), ensuring data accuracy, categorization, and performance optimization
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to align program goals
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear, concise, and timely communication across all levels
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable plans and updates for both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Define program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs)
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation strategies
• Drive cross‑functional alignment through effective communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Optimize catalog management processes, including product onboarding, enrichment, and lifecycle management
• Ensure timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining high quality standard

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Program Management or Product Management, preferably in E‑commerce or Marketplace environments
• Proven experience managing large-scale catalogs (500,000+ SKUs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration experience
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities
• Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project‑management methodologies
• Experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or custom‑built e‑commerce systems
• Familiarity with search, recommendation systems, and merchandising tools
• Experience in data‑driven decision making and A/B testing
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications
