Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and Lever. Build high-performing recruitment teams, manage hiring pipelines for 50+ positions annually, implement data-driven sourcing strategies, and partner with department heads on workforce planning across our Islamabad and Rawalpindi operations.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, 48 months professional experience, advanced senior talent acquisition manager expertise with proven track record in strategic recruitment, team leadership, and talent analytics.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (completed), 4+ years talent acquisition experience with 2+ years in leadership role, expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday Recruiting), advanced Boolean search and sourcing techniques, strong team management and coaching skills, onsite work requirement at Islamabad office
