Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of professional experience who are eager to build a career in operations, project coordination, and business management.
The successful candidate will assist in coordinating tasks across teams, maintaining records, tracking progress, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily operational and project-related activities.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple teams.
- Maintain operational documentation, reports, and records.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Support project managers and department leads with administrative tasks.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare basic status reports.
- Ensure processes and company policies are followed consistently.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and stakeholders.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and elevate issues when required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation.
Must Have
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–1 years of experiencein operations, administration, project coordination, customer support, or a related role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Odoo, Jira, Trello, Asana,ClickUp, Go High Level, or Airtable.
- Internship experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.
- Basic understanding of business processes and reporting.
- Experience creating reports, presentations, or documentation.
- Interest in project management, operations, or business analysis.
