Company: Israr Modern Business Services Company Role overview Hands-on position to drive client acquisition for legal-services offerings using AI-driven strategies, marketing automation, and B2B outreach. Build scalable lead pipelines, design lead-scoring and nurture systems, and collaborate with legal teams to convert leads into retained clients. Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-enabled lead-generation campaigns targeting investors and corporate clients
- Develop and maintain sales funnels, lead-scoring models, and nurture sequences to increase conversion rates
- Integrate and optimize marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and AI/NLP/predictive analytics tools to streamline outreach and qualification
- Conduct market segmentation, competitive analysis, and identify high-value client personas
- Produce data-driven reports and dashboards showing pipeline health, ROI, and campaign performance
- Collaborate with lawyers and client managers to craft tailored messaging and qualify legal needs before handoff
- Continuously test and refine messaging, channels, and AI models to improve lead quality and conversion
