Role 

We are currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in Lightning Component (Aura & LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript UI frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for developing custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role involves designing, coding, testing, and deploying new features and functionality. The developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 

Responsibilities 

• Advanced knowledge of configuration/customization of the platform.
• Ability to propose and devise solutions with little to no code. 
• Assisting the Architect and coordinating technical aspect of software development activities including design, architecture, development and implementation of applications. 
• Identify and implement opportunities for development process improvement like evaluating and adopting new technologies and platforms, best practices and patterns, creating reusable components & frameworks, etc. 
• Act as focal point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects. 
• Ensure project delivery on time along with adherence to code and quality standards. 
• Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. 
• Knowledge of platform marketplace products, their development lifecycle and best practices. 
  
   

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.  
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development  
• Develop, modify, enhance, and implement software systems designed to support new or existing business initiatives.  
• Strong knowledge of MVC design pattern and event-driven/component-driven architecture. 
• Expertise in writing unit test for Apex and LWC should also be a requirement 
• Strong knowledge of Apex Classes, Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, Apex Design Patterns. 
• Use Apex to execute flow and transaction control statements on Salesforce servers in conjunction with calls to the API.  
• Use Lightning Component, Visualforce, and JavaScript UI frameworks for developing single page applications for desktop and mobile in the Salesforce application.  
• Use web services, including SOAP API, REST API, Bulk API, and Metadata API, to integrate Salesforce with systems and create APIs that can be consumed by external applications.  
• Use SOQL and SOSL Salesforce database languages to search Salesforce data using field based and text-based search queries. 
• Version Control and CI/CD. 
• Ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously  
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder 
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
