Applications are invited from qualified, competent, motivated, and innovative, goal oriented & committed professionals (Pakistani Nationals) for the following positions at Government College, University Faisalabad.

Treasurer (BPS-20)

Mode of Appointment: Three (03) Years on Contract, Not Extendable

Age: 35-50 Years

Qualification

• Ph.D in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC with eight years post qualification experience of BPS-17 & above or equivalent in the relevant field.
• OR: MS or M.Phil. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, or Economics equivalent to 18 years education from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC with ten years post qualification experience of BPS-17 & above or equivalent in the relevant field.
• OR: MBA (Finance), M.Com., ACCA, ACMA, M.Sc. Economics or equivalent 16 years education at least in 2nd division from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC with twelve years post qualification experience of BPS-17 & above or equivalent in the relevant field.

Project Director (BPS-19/Regular/on Contract)

Qualification & Experience: BSc. (Civil Engineering) from a recognized University with 12 years experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit: 35-50 Years

Instructions

• The latest prescribed Application & Bio-data Form can be downloaded from the website of the University ( and should be submitted along with a demand draft of Rs.3000 for Treasurer and Rs.2500 for Project Director (as processing fee non-refundable) in favour of the Treasurer, Government College University Faisalabad.
• Duly filled application forms, supported with attested copies of educational testimonials, experience certificates, CNIC, three recent photographs, and an updated CV should be sent to the Recruitment Cell.
• The applicant must attach an equivalence certificate (where applicable) issued by the HEC or any other Competent Agency/Authority with the Application Form.
• Applicants working in Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Bodies (Including GCUF Employees) must apply through the proper channel along with NOC and Service Certificate(s) issued from their Controlling Authority/Head of Institution/Organizations by the due date; otherwise, their Applications shall be considered incomplete and liable to be rejected.
• Condition of Age can be relaxed as per Government rules/policy of the University.
• The candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate Job Application Form with necessary documents, complete in all respects.
• The candidate already in Service must apply through the proper channel by the due date (Proforma of Departmental Permission Certificate should be attached with the Job Application Form).
• The University reserves the right not to fill/withdraw the post without giving any reason.
• The applications, along with all the supporting documents, are required on Prescribed Form in triplicate.
• The Scrutiny of the applications by the Scrutiny Committee shall be final and only eligible/on merit/shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview/informed.
• The Incomplete application received after the due date will not be entertained.
• Complete applications must reach the Recruitment Cell, Registrar Office Government College University, Faisalabad not later than 03-12-2024.

Note:

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview and shortlisting of the candidates shall be made in accordance with policy/procedure laid down by the University.
• The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency/Post Office/Telephonic Message.
• No TA/DA would be admissible when called for interview.
