Internal Audit Associate

The position will be responsible for supporting the execution of internal audit assignments, with a primary focus on ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures. The role involves conducting audits to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential risks. The incumbent will coordinate with cross-functional teams to review processes, validate data accuracy, and ensure adherence to established standards. Additionally, the role includes preparing audit reports, highlighting observations, and following up on corrective actions to strengthen governance, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall control frameworks across the organization.

Qualification

M.Com / B.Com / ACMA (Finalist) / ACCA (Finalist)

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit procedures, and risk assessment techniques
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis for audit testing and reporting
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and report writing skills for presenting audit findings
