We are a leading player in the global remittance industry, providing fast, secure, and affordable cross-border money transfer services. Our platforms [mobile Apps and Website] are built on the latest technology and aims to serve the payment needs of people around the world. As we continue to grow and scale, we are looking for an experienced Head of Product to drive our product vision, strategy, and execution globally.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and revenue growth strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services, ensuring integration across sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to uncover and capitalise on revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and deliver actionable, data-driven insights for continuous optimisation.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to create and implement pricing models, promotional campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Align cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and support of sales and revenue initiatives.
  • Optimise sales funnels and customer acquisition tactics to maximise conversion rates and revenue.
  • Utilise CRM systems and analytics tools to track performance, drive improvements, and enhance decision-making.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings to support value-based selling and deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, sales channels, and strategic partnerships to drive sustainable growth.
  • Recommend, test, and refine innovative growth tactics to increase customer lifetime value and market share.
  • Execute digital sales strategies encompassing lead generation, e-commerce, automation, and online conversion optimisation.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure unified customer experiences and messaging across digital touchpoints.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimise digital and promotional campaign performance to maximise ROI.
  • Lead training and development initiatives for sales and support teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive cohesive revenue strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports, revenue forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to proactively identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.


Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue growth, or business development.

  • Proven track record in driving sales and revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, data analysis.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics software, and business intelligence platforms.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with minimal supervision.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about business challenges.

  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, market segmentation, and customer lifecycle management.
