• Shift Timings: : PM – : AM (Night Shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Probation Period: Months
• Basic Salary: Upto k
• Commissions: Attractive commissions - after probation
• Annual Leaves: Paid

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B B outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Set qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead and prospect data in CRM.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly targets.
• Follow scripts and adapt pitches as needed to engage prospects.
• Emails handling.
• Report daily activity and performance to supervisors.

Who We’re Looking For

• Prior call center experience is essential.
• Experience in B B outreach or appointment setting/sales is strongly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Neutral or US/UK accent is a big plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Go High Level, or similar).
• Confident, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong time management and organization skills.
• Immediate available to join.
