Job Description: Video Editor 

Incubator Lab is looking for a talented Video Editor to join our thriving team! 

Role Objective

Create high-converting video creatives for e-commerce brands, primarily for paid ads and social media platforms.

What You'll Do: 

• Edit ad creatives for Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms
• Create engaging product-focused videos
• Add hooks, captions, transitions, and sound effects
• Repurpose content for different formats and audiences
• Work closely with media buyers and marketing team
• Meet fast-paced content production deadlines

Requirements we are looking for: 

• 3+ years experience editing e-commerce ad creatives
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of performance-driven content
• Knowledge of social media trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours & Location: This is an on-site role based in our Lahore office, with standard working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT . This schedule ensures vital overlap with our US-based (EST) team, allowing you to participate in real-time Slack collaboration, attend key meetings, and iterate quickly on high-performing ad campaigns.
