Manager Finance

Provide strategic leadership for operational matters across the SIH Faisalabad and help strengthen their contribution to the Hospital activities.

Prepare Annual and quarterly standalone financial statements preparation for statutory purposes.

Work with financial reporting team for preparation of site-wise profit & loss accounts and management accounts.

Prepare Budget for the departments as well as for the Faisalabad Unit.

Analyze forecasting data to improve business decisions.

Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future cases.

Prepare qualitative and quantitative data analysis for revenue assurance SIH Faisalabad.

Analyze and examine risks to minimize losses or damages.

Ensure CBD has raised all the invoices to the panels and ensure that all recoveries have been posted.

Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment activities and make changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions with the approval of the CFO.

Prepare age analysis of receivables and payables and submit to the Finance Department in H-8 on monthly basis.

Review of salary/business income contracts ensuring that these are updated regularly. Able to calculate the physician share independently.

Prepare reconciliation of daily revenues with cash collected and deposited in the bank.

Check financial and operational feasibility models on different scenarios in collaboration with the operational teams of the Hospital and client requirements.
