Job Title : User Acquisition Marketing Manager – ACE Money Transfer App Location : Rawalpindi / Islamabad Job Type: Preferably office-based About us: ACE Money Transfer is a UK-based multinational company headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom. ACE Money Transfer provides online remittance services to individuals in 28 countries across UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia, enabling them to send money across borders in over 100 countries. Job Summary: ACE Money Transfer is looking for a User Acquisition Marketing Manager to drive customer growth for our mobile app across global markets. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling user acquisition (UA) campaigns, managing budgets, and working closely with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams. This role demands a hands-on performance marketer with strong analytical skills, experience managing paid media for mobile apps, and a deep understanding of customer acquisition strategies in fintech, remittance, or financial services sectors. What you'll do at ACE Money Transfer:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize UA campaigns across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate channels.
- Own and manage a performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient customer acquisition and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals.
- Analyse campaign performance and generate actionable insights, reporting regularly to marketing and business leadership.
- Develop acquisition strategies for launching in new countries, promoting new features, and supporting business growth initiatives.
- Work closely with the Creative team to test and refine advertising creatives based on performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with the Product and BI teams to improve targeting, segmentation, user funnel conversion, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Experiment with new channels, technologies, and growth tactics to improve scale and efficiency.
- Stay current with mobile app marketing best practices, privacy regulations (e.g., ATT, GDPR), and industry trends to continuously improve UA efforts.
- 6+ years of experience in mobile app user acquisition or performance marketing, ideally in fintech, remittance, or finance apps.
- Expertise in managing UA campaigns across major mobile ad networks (Facebook/Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok Ads, programmatic DSPs).
- Proficiency with MMPs (such as Adjust, Appsflyer, or Branch) and mobile attribution analytics.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to campaign management and decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, creative optimization, cohort analysis, and LTV modeling.
- A strong mix of creativity and operational excellence.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, CRM, and Analytics teams.
- Passion for fintech, mobile technology, and helping customers around the world send money seamlessly and securely.
