Bring employers to JobConnects.org and earn from what they spend. A Business Development Executive finds businesses that are hiring, shows them what the platform does, and closes the sale. You work your own hours, from wherever you are, and you keep earning from a customer for as long as that customer keeps renewing. This is a commission role. There is no salary and no retainer. What you earn is decided entirely by what you close, and the rates below are the real ones. Read this part before you apply. Your commission is a percentage of net revenue. Net revenue is not the price shown on our pricing page. It is what actually reaches JobConnects.org after these have come off that price: sales tax, and the fee the payment provider charges on the transaction. That gap is not small. On a package advertised at 15,000 the provider and the tax take a real cut before anything is shared, so 20% of net is meaningfully less than 20% of 15,000. We would rather you understood that today than discovered it on your first payout. Ask us for the exact working on any package and we will show you the full calculation, line by line. What the rates are. On a customer's first purchase you earn 20% of net revenue. When that customer renews, you keep earning. A monthly renewal pays 5%, a quarterly renewal pays 7%, and a six month or annual renewal pays 10%. That continues for as long as they keep buying, without you closing them again. Earnings are held for seven days before they can be withdrawn. That window exists so that a sale which is later refunded is not paid to you and then taken back from you. Payment is made in the currency of the sale. How the work actually runs. You get your own workspace in the platform. You can take leads from the shared pool, and you can add the ones you find yourself, from your own network or from anywhere you research. Every lead you add is yours. The system tracks each one from first contact to closed sale, so your pipeline and your earnings are visible to you at all times and you never have to chase anybody for a number. There is no bought list and no script to read. How you reach an employer is your decision. Who this suits. Somebody who has sold to businesses before and is comfortable being paid on results. You do not need recruitment experience. You do need to be able to hold a conversation with a business owner about how they hire now and why it costs them more than they think. What we will not ask you for. We never ask a candidate or a team member for money, at any stage, for any reason. No fee to apply, no fee to be considered, no deposit, no training cost. If anybody asks you for money in our name, report it to us.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Experience selling to businesses, in any sector. Comfortable being paid on results rather than on hours. Able to research and approach employers without a supplied list. Clear written and spoken communication. Recruitment or HR experience is welcome but not required.
