Join as a Customer Sales Representative handling inbound and outbound interactions to promote travel packages, answer inquiries, and close sales while maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email; qualify leads and follow up to convert prospects to bookings
- Present travel products and promotions and achieve individual monthly sales targets
- Record sales activity and customer contacts accurately in the CRM
- Resolve booking issues and coordinate with operations for confirmations and changes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of packages, pricing, promotions, and travel policies
- Work assigned shifts, including availability for U.S. night shifts when scheduled
