Collect requirements and submit proposals/quotations to convert leads into sales.
Upsell Wavetel range of services to existing clients.
Work closely with Sales Director to ensure all support required to generate new sales and familiarity with Wavetel product range.

Responsibilities

• Collect requirements and submit proposals/quotations to convert leads into sales.
• Upsell Wavetel range of services to existing clients.
• Record key information for clients approaching contract expiration ("Landscaping") to plan future engagement.
• Log all calls, emails, opportunities and contacts directly into company CRM.
• Renew existing client contracts prior to the end of the contract term.
• Deal with leads generated from referrals.
• Work closely with Sales Director to ensure sufficient support for new sales initiatives.

Experience Required

The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales. Experience in a similar role within the telecoms sector is ideal.
