Costing Manager

Analyze and calculate precise manufacturing costs for multi-product surgical catalogs, single-use kits, and custom OEM product lines.

Evaluate direct and indirect costs, including raw material yields, machine runtime, forging/labor cycles, and overhead allocations to drive accurate product pricing strategies.

Conduct variance analysis between standard budgeted costs and actual production costs to identify inefficiencies, material wastage, or cost-saving opportunities.

Provide detailed cost estimation sheets to management to assist in pricing negotiations for international distribution and portal contracts.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Finance, or a professional qualification like ACMA, ACCA, or equivalent.

Exceptional analytical skills, data modeling proficiency, and a sharp eye for manufacturing cost drivers.

Preference: Substantial experience in standard costing methodologies within an industrial, multi-process manufacturing or engineering-to-order environment is highly preferred.
