Experience : 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.
Tools Knowledge : Proficient in Upwork , Freelancer , and email communication tools.
Sales Skills : Experience in creating proposals and briefs for clients.
Communication Skills : Strong English written and verbal communication, including experience in meetings and client presentations.
Soft PM Skills : Ability to manage timelines and collaborate with internal teams.
Job Description:
Lead Generation : Identify and generate leads through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer .
Sales Proposals : Create and send proposals, manage brief creation, and assist in pricing.
Client Interaction : Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
Collaboration : Work with project managers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
CRM Management : Track and update client information in CRM systems for accurate reporting.
