About the role

Responsible for supporting the value streams at Jamshoro within the assigned packaging zones. The position ensures safe, compliant and efficient operations across designated work centers, maintaining the required span of control. The supervisor (OMO) is accountable for maintaining packaging standards by packers according to the shift schedule while upholding quality, safety, and operational excellence standards.

Role responsibilities

• Perform and support in Packaging Operation with compliance to applicable standard operating procedures delivered by their OMO.
• Adhere to GMP/EHS standards.
• Support in packaging processes (Blister Packing to Final Packrite Packing).
• Responsible for maintaining 5S zoning of chairs. Perform equipment/area cleaning, GMP maintain cleanliness of line, hygiene.
• Timely report and escape all quality/safety issues.
• Perform material transfer activity from Packing to Warehouse timely.
• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Pakistan.
• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.

Candidate profile

• Intermediate and Diploma Equivalent Technical Education after Matriculation in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics.
• Understanding of Packaging Equipment will be preferred.
