• Qualification: BSc ( Hons) / M.Sc ( Hons) in foods technology
• Experience: 3-4 years of QA experience in food manufacturing
• Experience with implementation of Quality & Food safety Management
• Product or industry-specific experience
• Lead auditor on any GFSI recognized standard
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements

Job Description:

• Conducting GMP’s internal audits including pest control, cleaning & sanitation, waste management, personnel hygiene, utilities, building & structure, canteen, cold store, calibration and foreign contamination control
• Conducting internal audits as required against BRC, ISO 9001, Kosher & Halal management standard and also some customer requirements like YUM, SQMS etc.
• Conducting internal audits on distribution and further logistics requirements and taking up with sales team for implementation of required corrective actions
• Conducting Packaging material and raw material (excluding Agri RM) audits and ensuring compliance to the supplier assurance program (including follow-up on the respective complaints/issues)
• Alignment with 3rd party certification bodies for external audits and maintaining all the quality related certifications
• Review of text for the label (whenever there is need to develop/change the label) w.r.t. legal requirements (including but not limited to PFA, SFA, PSQCA etc.) and/or any other customer specific requirement
• Fulfilment of regulatory requirements including PFA product registration, facility annual registration, PSQCA registration or any other (if needed)
• Conducting root cause analysis for all the complaints received from customers, maintaining the log and follow-up on the requirements
• Identifying training plan w.r.t. food safety standards and customer requirements and training the trainers on identified areas
• Developing food safety culture plan and conducting the activities accordingly
• Review of HACCP and related activities and meeting on monthly basis
