Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead data analysis initiatives, manage complex datasets, and mentor junior team members. This role involves in-depth data analysis, strategic decision-making support, and advanced reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and SQL reports .
- Lead the development of ETL pipelines using SSIS and manage Data Warehousing processes.
- Conduct complex data analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all processes.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts to build a high-performing data analytics team.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization.
- Expert-level skills in Power BI , SQL , and Excel .
- Strong experience with SSIS , Data Warehousing , and ETL pipelines .
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in predictive analytics or machine learning is a plus.
- Advanced skills in Python or R for analytics.
