Senior Visualizer - Branding & Marketing

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visualizer to join our creative team. The Senior Visualizer will be responsible for creating visually striking and engaging design solutions across various media, including print, digital, and multimedia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to execute design concepts that align with the brand's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of high-quality visual concepts, ensuring alignment with the brand’s identity and campaign objectives.

• Develop design layouts for digital, print, and multimedia projects, including social media, websites, advertisements, packaging, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with Team leads and other team members to brainstorm ideas and bring creative concepts to life.

• Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring design consistency across all projects.
• Work alongside and guide content writers to ensure visuals and copy complement each other, resulting in impactful and well-crafted communication.

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs communicate effectively with the target audience.

• Ensure all visual content is on-brand, visually appealing, and meets the highest design standards.

• Stay updated on design trends, software, and tools to maintain cutting-edge designs.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in a visual design role or a similar creative capacity.
• Demonstrated experience working with top software houses and creative agencies, with prior exposure to US/UK markets strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant design software.
• Strong command of video editing and familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including both digital and print projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects, priorities, and tight deadlines.
• A passion for creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for emerging design trends.
