Google Ads & Lead Generation Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Google Ads and Lead Generation Specialist to help generate qualified leads for a healthcare and wellness business targeting the US market. The role will focus on building and optimizing Google Search campaigns around services such as functional medicine, wellness consultations, sexual wellness, regenerative aesthetics, diagnostics and related healthcare services. - Build and optimize Google Search campaigns for healthcare and wellness services - Generate qualified call and form leads - Track campaign performance and report on results Practical experience with: - Google Ads and Search campaigns - Healthcare or medical lead generation - Keyword research and search-intent targeting - Landing page and conversion optimization - Call and form lead generation - Campaign tracking and reporting - Google Ads policy and healthcare advertising requirements You should be able to demonstrate real campaign experience and measurable results, not just theoretical knowledge. Working Hours: U.S.-based business hours. The successful candidate must be comfortable working according to U.S. time.
