Senior Manager Warehouse

This role is responsible for leading and optimizing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate storage, and timely inbound/outbound logistics. It also focuses on maximizing productivity, reducing costs, and improving space utilization. The position involves integrating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), conducting cycle counts, preparing performance reports, and ensuring stock accuracy. Additionally, the role includes mentoring warehouse staff and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence across all warehouse functions.
Qualification
Masters in Business Administration, Logistics or Relevant
Required Skills
- Excellent organizing and planning skills to optimize operations for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Problem Solving Skills
- Operational Efficiency: Skilled in streamlining warehouse operations and inventory control for optimal performance.
- Leadership: Capable of leading teams, promoting safety, and driving continuous improvement.
Experience
Minimum 8 - 10 Years of experience and 3 years in similar capacity
