Job Description:

As our Senior SEO Strategist , you will be the primary architect of organic growth for our diverse client portfolio. We are looking for a diagnostic thinker who prioritizes impact over activity. You will be expected to immerse yourself in each client’s business model to develop bespoke, data-driven strategies rather than relying on standardized templates.
This role is designed for a professional who seeks a deep understanding of complex problems and remains focused on the ultimate objective: driving high-quality leads and conversions, not just increasing rankings.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Auditing: Conduct comprehensive technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits to build an independent, authoritative view of site health.
• Roadmap Development: Design and execute 90-day and 6-month strategic roadmaps tailored to specific business goals and growth stages.
• Intent-Based Research: Develop keyword strategies rooted in search intent and conversion potential rather than raw volume.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve performance fluctuations and traffic anomalies with root-cause precision.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex SEO data into clear, actionable insights for clients, bridging the gap between technical execution and business value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content and development teams to ensure all digital assets serve a defined strategic purpose.
• Proactive Growth: Identify and surface risks and opportunities ahead of client inquiries.
• Performance Tracking: Measure success against bottom-line business metrics and ROI.

AI Search & Modern Visibility

Modern SEO requires staying ahead of evolving search behaviors. We expect proficiency in:

• AI-Powered Search: Optimizing site structures to ensure content is accurately retrieved and cited by LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.).
• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO): Implementing FAQ schema, structured data, and direct-answer formatting to capture featured snippets and AI surfaces.
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Building entity authority and understanding how LLMs index and rank brand information.
• Online Reputation Management (ORM): Strategically shaping the brand narrative across search result landscapes.
• Search Integration: Leveraging SEM and paid search data to inform organic prioritization and close visibility gaps.

Reporting & Data Analysis

A critical part of this role is accountability through transparent data. You will be responsible for:

• Comprehensive Monthly Reporting: Delivering detailed monthly performance reports for all brands and clients within the portfolio.
• Impact Attribution: Providing a “Change-Effect” analysis that clearly defines specific optimizations made and their direct impact on audience behavior and site performance.
• Comparative Analytics: Maintaining a Month-over-Month (MoM) performance audit to track progress, identify trends, and justify strategic pivots based on historical data.
• Business Intelligence: Moving beyond vanity metrics to show how SEO efforts are translating into tangible business growth.
