Noxvera Tech is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify growth opportunities, build a client pipeline, and introduce software and technology services to prospective customers. This commission-based, remote role involves independent work and coordination with the delivery team. Responsibilities
- Research target markets, industries, and potential business clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through professional outreach, networking, referrals, and digital prospecting.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable web, mobile, AI, automation, and software solutions.
- Prepare proposals, coordinate discussions, and support negotiations through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to communicate client needs clearly.
- Build long-term client relationships and support business growth.
