Systems Support Engineer — IT Troubleshooter
Bits Generation
Bits Generation is hiring a System Support Engineer for our Karachi office. This full-time role requires candidates with strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities to manage system functionalities and assist teams with hardware and software needs.
The ideal candidate should be calm under pressure, efficient in problem-solving, and able to work collaboratively in a BPO environment. Experience in IT or a related field is preferred, with responsibilities including monitoring system performance and resolving support requests.
