Purpose of the Job – Overview
Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Timings:
• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM BST
(Hybrid option for females)
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles in the UK market.
- Source and attract IT & technical professionals using various recruitment platforms, with a strong focus on Indeed .
- Utilize UK-based hiring tools and job boards to identify the best candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical roles , including Software Engineers, Network Engineers, IT Support, and Cloud Professionals .
- Stay up to date with UK employment trends , compliance, and best hiring practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience (MIN 1 YEAR)as a Technical Recruiter in the UK market.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT terminologies.
- Expertise in using Indeed and other UK-based job portals for sourcing.
- Ability to identify and assess candidates for various technical and IT roles .
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with UK recruitment laws and best practices is a plus.
