Company: Microcare Technical Services LLC Job Title: WhatsApp Sales & Booking Executive Employment Type: Full-Time, 100% Remote (Work from Home) Location: Anywhere in Pakistan (role targets candidates in Islamabad) Working Hours / Shift: 9-hour rotating shifts. Employee will work approximately half of each month on each shift:
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business
- Explain services, packages, and pricing
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain professional communication
- Record customer and booking details accurately
- Coordinate bookings with the UAE operations team
