Marketing Manager

PakWheels.com is seeking a trend-savvy and creatively sharp Marketing Manager to head its Social Media, Content, and Design teams. In this role, you will drive the creation of fresh, relevant content and breaking automotive news while spearheading rapid growth across all platforms. You’ll deliver on the operating plan for various brands, elevating content through collaboration with cross-functional marketing teams. As the leader, you will shape platform strategy, ensure visual and editorial consistency, and mentor your team for fast, aligned execution. The ideal candidate lives and breathes digital trends, understands the automotive industry deeply, and excels at building high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on each business unit’s annual operating plan and campaign goals through cross-functional collaboration with brand, video, and performance teams.
- Align and manage Social Media, PR, Design, and Blog teams for consistent, timely, and high-quality output.
- Ensure content production and social media KPIs and metrics are met, driving web sessions and branded search growth.
- Drive real-time content creation around automotive news, trends, and features to reinforce PakWheels’ industry leadership.
- Leverage AI and creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Firefly, Canva) to enhance productivity and content experimentation.
- Own and execute newsletters, WhatsApp marketing, and push notifications for targeted communication.
- Mentor team members, ensuring alignment on key priorities and fostering a culture of speed, creativity, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in content or social media leadership, preferably in fast-paced or media-driven environments.
- Strong command of social platform growth, trends, and audience behavior.
- Proven ability to manage creative teams and deliver results across content, design, and marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation, analytics tools, and content monetization strategies.
